The Urban PlantScape project, led by Melbourne City Council, reclaims the underused Royal Mint Carpark—left vacant during COVID-19 lockdowns—and transforms it into a vibrant green space for the community. Located in the city’s legal precinct, the project introduces food, flowers, and trees, aligning with Melbourne’s COVID reactivation plan to revive the CBD and create a more active, resilient, and accessible urban environment.
